Strikers parents
All the Strikers teams will once again be participating in the Defiance
Halloween parade
on Sat. Oct. 31st Everybody (coaches and players) is invited.
We'll meet at the Triangle
(close to the Defiance Junior High School) around 7:00pm.
We will be having our end of season wrap up party to celebrate the Fall
2009
soccer teams on Sunday November 8th, 2009.
We will be utilizing the YMCA facility from 5:00 pm until
8:00 pm.
We have use of the pool, gym, and will be eating in the multi purpose
room.
The format will be to have this as a potluck with each parent/child
to bring
a hot plate and a desert. Each family will need to provide their
own table service.
The D.S.A. will provide the drinks.
While I am all for each team having their own get together, the purpose
of
the DSA party is to recognize the players, coaches, managers, and parents
for the effort put forth during the Fall season. We also
would like to
take this opportunity to seek volunteers to help make the Defiance
Soccer
Association stronger and better.
I would ask that each coach contact your players early and remind them
again
as we get closer to the party. Make the call to get them at our party!
